We own three of these beautiful 4 bedroom villas which stand next door to each other. Perfect for family & friends if needed. Each villa has the following and are decorated in much the same fashion. The lay-out of each villa is exactly the same.

Each Villa has its own Private Pool which can be heated on request
Florida Lake Views
These beautiful private pools have stunning views over the lake with a covered lanai perfect for outside dining and there is plenty of sun bathing space.
Private Hot Tub
These three villas each benefit from a free standing hot tub. Very relaxing after a long day at the parks at no extra charge.
Spacious Living/Dining Room
The family room has a twin & triple sofa, one of which pulls out into a queensize bed if required. This spacious room also benefits from cable TV, DVD, & CD players. It has a formal dining table & chairs with views over the pool & lake.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. All utensils are provided.
Breakfast Area
The villas have a lovely bright & sunny breakfast area with table & chairs and access out to the pool area.
Kingsize Master Bedroom.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with bathroom en-suite and a large walk-in wardrobe. This room also benefits from cable TV and views over the pool & lake.
Kingsize Second Bedroom
The second bedroom also has a kingsize bed and cable TV. Ideal when two families are sharing one villa.
Twin Third Bedroom.
This spacious third bedroom is fitted with two single beds with a large walk-in wardrobe.
Twin Fourth Bedroom.
This fourth bedroom is also fitted with two single beds, a large walk-in wardrobe & views over the lake.
Utility Room
Each villa has its own washing machine/dryer, iron & hairdryer. It is well equipped with all bedding items and towels including pool towels.
Cot and High Chair
A cot & high chair can be requested if required.
